<li>Assist in handling import and export shipments from booking to delivery.</li>
<li>Learn to prepare essential shipping documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice).</li>
<li>Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs agents, and internal departments.</li>
<li>Track and monitor shipments, updating clients on status and delivery.</li>
<li>Support the team in ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and complete documentation for each shipment.</li>
<li>Learn and apply relevant logistics regulations and trade procedures.</li>
</ul>
