Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Learn to prepare essential shipping documents (e.g. Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice).
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Track and monitor shipments, updating clients on status and delivery.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for each shipment.
• Learn and apply relevant logistics regulations and trade procedures.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or a closely related discipline.
• Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply, as training will be offered.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Basic understanding of Incoterms or international trade is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
