Additionally, a&nbsp; Process Technicians should be capable of working both individually and in teams, accepting and executing tasks as instructed.<br> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Work Location: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Shah Alam</li> <li>Reporting To: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assistant Production Manager</li> <li>Working Hours:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Shift Hours (7am – 3pm / 3pm – 11pm / 11pm – 7am)</li> </ul> </div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key responsibilities</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li><b>Compliance</b>: Adhere to company policies and requirements.</li> <li><b>Reporting</b>: Report to the Production Executive during shifts and to DCS Technicians when the Production Executive is absent.</li> <li><b>Plant Operations</b>: Ensure the processing plant, including heating and cooling processes, operates efficiently and safely.</li> <li><b>Communication</b>: Coordinate tasks with DCS Technicians, Production Executives, Production Supervisors, and other technicians.</li> <li><b>Inspection</b>: Conduct routine inspections and complete checklists around the processing plant.</li> <li><b>Sampling</b>: Assist in taking samples for in-process, raw materials, and products, and liaise with the QC laboratory for sample delivery and testing.</li> <li><b>Maintenance</b>: Prepare and maintain added materials according to specifications.</li> <li><b>Warehouse Coordination</b>: Work with Warehouse staff in receiving and producing raw materials and waste materials (VOR).</li> <li><b>GMP Compliance</b>: Ensure the processing plant and storage tank operate efficiently, safely, and within GMP requirements.</li> <li><b>Safety and Cleanliness</b>: Assist executives and supervisors with safety and cleanliness matters in the plant.</li> <li><b>Management System Compliance</b>: Ensure compliance with management systems like 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 2200, Halal, etc.</li> <li><b>Emergency Response</b>: Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during shifts.</li> <li><b>Work Area Cleanliness</b>: Maintain cleanliness in the work area and assist with repair and troubleshooting when necessary.</li> <li><b>Continuous Learning</b>: Enhance knowledge related to the operation of the processing plant.</li> <li><b>Additional Tasks</b>: Perform other tasks as directed or requested.</li> </ul> </div> <div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications and skills</b></h2> </div><div><ul> <li>Graduate from Vocational College, or <b>Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering </b>or SPM / SPMV or 5 years of work experience</li> <li>Experienced in vegetable oil distillation plant would be added advantage.</li> <li>Able to work in vegetable oil / manufacturing and<b> willing to work in shift environment.</b></li> <li>Able to communicate and understand Bahasa Malaysia.</li> <li>Able to communicate and understanding English is an added advantage.</li> <li>Have basic computer knowledge and common software such Microsoft Office</li> </ul> </div></p>
