1. Costing and Procurement Analysis&nbsp;

<li>Review item specifications, supplier quotations, and product samples to ensure alignment with project requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure competitive pricing while tracking cost implications; verify accuracy of purchase orders and supplier documents.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2. Vendor Evaluation and Performance Monitoring&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assess suppliers based on reliability, cost efficiency, lead time, and product quality.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supplier-related issues that may arise.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3. Material Knowledge and Specification Review&nbsp;

<li>Possess a solid understanding of furniture materials and their applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback and suggest suitable alternatives when necessary.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
4. Quotation &amp; Order Management&nbsp;

<li>Handle multiple costing inquiries, purchase orders, and urgent timelines efficiently.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely quotation requests and closely monitor production and delivery schedules.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
5. Cross-Functional Coordination&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers, R&amp;D, and project teams to ensure a seamless workflow.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Clarify product specifications, lead times, and order changes; keep all stakeholders informed on order status and any challenges encountered&nbsp;</li>
