This role is the engine room of the business. You’ll handle customer service, daily operations, order fulfilment, and inventory including hands-on packing and Quality Control.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities
<ins>Order Fulfilment &amp; Operations</ins>
<ul>
<li>Process orders, refunds, returns, and exchanges across all platforms</li>
<li>Pack parcels accurately and on time</li>
<li>Oversee and perform QC checks before parcels are shipped</li>
<li>Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery</li>
<li>Ensure correct items, sizes, and quantities are sent out&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ins>Inventory &amp; Stock Management</ins>
<ul>
<li>Track and update inventory levels daily</li>
<li>Monitor low stock items and place stock orders when levels are running low</li>
<li>Ensure stock records match physical stock</li>
<li>Flag slow-moving or problematic items early</li>
<li>Prepare &amp; pack inventory for offline events as and when it arise</li>
</ul>
<ins>Customer Service</ins>
<ul>
<li>Handle customer enquiries across all platforms (WhatsApp, Shopee, website, etc.)</li>
<li>Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally</li>
<li>Follow up on delivery issues, returns, and exchanges</li>
<li>Escalate recurring issues with clear documentation</li>
<li>Assist walk-in customers in showroom &amp; offline events (as and when it arise)</li>
</ul>
<ins>Reporting &amp; Admin</ins>
<ul>
<li>Prepare simple daily reports, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Daily sales</li>
<li>Operational issues</li>
<li>Customer issues</li>
<li>Low stock alerts</li>
</ul>
</ul>
