&nbsp;E-commerce Platform Management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

<li>Create, update, and optimize product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock status.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain platform metrics (chat response rate, fulfillment, cancellation rate, seller ratings) to ensure Excellent Store status.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries, process order-related issues, and coordinate returns or escalations with the warehouse/logistics team.</li>
<li>Participate in platform campaigns and flash sales, including submission of required content/assets.</li>
<li>Participate in LIVE sessions when needed.</li>
</ul>
Content Creation Participation
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the content team in planning and filming social media content (TikTok &amp; Reels).</li>
<li>Act as on-screen talent for product demonstrations, unboxings, or lifestyle content.</li>
<li>Share input from customer/shop interactions to inform content ideas and customer-centric storytelling.</li>

Reporting &amp; Analysis
<ul>
<li>Provide weekly platform performance reports across all key e-commerce KPIs.</li>
<li>Identify sales opportunities, slow-moving items, and propose platform-based strategies for improvement.</li>
