Job Description

Location: Melaka Based Only

Salary: Based on experience

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting daily sales operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will work directly with a property developer (not an agency), supporting the sales team by handling documentation, coordination, and backend processes for property transactions. Your role ensures that all sales activities run efficiently and in compliance with company and legal requirements. 

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to below):

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration processes from booking to handover. 
  • Prepare and process sales documentation including SPA, booking forms, and related documents. 
  • Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to follow up on loan status and documentation. 
  • Ensure timely execution of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan agreements. 
  • Update and maintain accurate records in systems such as e-SPA and iDsaya. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, project team) on sales matters. 
  • Monitor billing, collections, and ensure proper documentation for progressive payments. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and administrative documentation. 
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with buyers, colleagues, and external partners.
  •  2–5 years of experience in sales operations and order processing, ideally in real estate or property development.   
  • Familiar with e-SPA, iDsaya, and loan documentation processes. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Well-organized with strong time management and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficient in Chinese is an advantage.
