Job Description

Join Our Growing Team!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resource and Administration Department. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while handling both HR and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, office supplies, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments on administrative matters.
  • Support HR in organizing company events, staff activities, and training sessions.
     

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
