Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, following up consistently, and helping convert leads into confirmed projects.

You will be handling enquiries and coordinating sales for our Digital Screen / LED Screen products and other electronic solutions. (Additional Commission for every success orders)

Leads, advertising, and marketing support will be fully provided by the company — your focus is on communication, coordination, and closing support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Call potential clients and follow up on company-provided leads
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Build good relationships with clients and understand their project requirements
  • Provide product information and basic consultation on Digital Screen / LED Screen solutions

Sales Coordination

  • Follow up consistently with warm leads to convert them into confirmed projects
  • Coordinate with internal team regarding quotation, project details, and scheduling
  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations to clients
  • Ensure smooth communication between client and operations team

Sales Reporting

  • Update lead status and sales progress regularly
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and follow-up reports
  • Maintain proper records of client conversations and project updates
  • Ensure all sales processes are properly documented

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (Sales experience is an advantage)
  • *Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Confident and comfortable in making phone calls and following up with clients
  • Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
  • Organized and consistent in follow-ups
  • Able to travel to meet clients when required
  • Must possess own transport (Transport claims or travel allowance will be provided by the company)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn
