<p>We are currently seeking a high-energy and charismatic Business Development Associate to join one of the fastest-growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia. If you thrive under pressure and embody a spirit of excellence, this role is for you!</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring the achievement of weekly sales targets.</li>
<li>Negotiation and deal closing: Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with our local partners, ensuring mutual growth and economic sustainability of the partnership.</li>
<li>Business analysis: Track sales trends, provide in-depth data analysis on products and business users, and identify opportunities for demand growth.</li>
<li>Client relationship management: Ensure excellent customer service by understanding client needs, responding promptly to queries, and offering effective solutions.</li>
<li>Sales operations: Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Policies accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Brand ambassador: Promote our services and values by becoming the face of Lalamove when engaging with local partners.</li>
