Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within key industries, focusing on media sales and creative/digital services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

2. Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and high client satisfaction.

3. Product & Service Development

  • Collaborate with the leadership and strategy teams to identify market opportunities, conceptualize new services/products, and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to refine offerings and position them competitively.

3. Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Develop strategies to grow revenue through both existing services and new product lines.
  • Explore untapped markets and niches for business expansion.

4. Proposal & Pitch Development

  • Work with creative and strategy teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.

5. Network Building

  • Represent the agency at meetings, events, and networking sessions to build brand visibility and partnerships

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should have educational background either from recognized College/Universities (Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Master's or higher) or certified online education in Business or Marketing
  • Candidates must have 3 - 7 years of experience in in business development or account acquisition within marketing, creative, PR, or digital agencies.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing mid-to-large projects. (RM500k and above)
  • Strong proposal writing, deck-building, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable doing cold outreach, warm follow-ups, and relationship farming.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections without flinching.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, influencer/KOL, PR, and social activation.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to operate with minimal hand-holding.
