Our Values

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to support our deal hunting operations for Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and aiding to optimize campaign deal hunting performance. This position provides excellent exposure to commercial topics and platform operations. With daily campaigns and activities on our platform to deliver great deals to our buyers, as well as help our sellers grow their businesses, you will be an integral part of driving growth and efficiency in the business by owning key workflows and executing on key projects that span different functions and business units Responsibilities - Manage deal hunting operations and timeline - Work closely with commercial category teams to source for products and assortments to ensure strong deal pool for customers during campaigns and/or within the channel - Own and operate internal tools including the deal hunting tool to receive, review and slot deal submissions from the sellers and/or commercial team - Understand the overall deal hunting system and product features to increase operation efficiency - Assist in UATs of new program initiatives, and stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging mechanics in e-commerce operations - Performance sharing &amp; monitoring of key sales and traffic metrics to provide insights and identify key levers to improve performance - Aid in project management support as well as coordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization on key deliverables, where applicable
