Job Description

1/ Facilitating month-end close and preparation of management report in Anaplan
2/ Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and scenario testing to identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
3/ Lead monthly discussions with country management and regional teams, facilitating collaborative decision-making processes and aligning financial objectives with business goals.
4/ Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and analysis.
5/ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, optimize cost structures, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
6/ Communicate financial results and forecasts to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
7/ Champion automation and simplification initiatives to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency within the FP&A function. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to drive productivity gains.
8/ Collaborate with the regional and central finance teams to ensure consistency in financial processes, policies, and reporting standards across the organization.


Job Requirements

1/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or technology environment.
2/ Proven experience in delivering complex financial analysis, with a strong track record of influencing business strategies.
3/ Solid understanding of financial systems and processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with experience in using financial software tools. Proficiency in Anaplan & SAP is preferred.
4/ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
5/ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
6/ Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work in a global, matrixed organization, and adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
