Job Description

1、Create engaging and innovative content for marketing, educational, and seller communication materials, including digital advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and website/live streaming content, with a strong emphasis on Mandarin fluency.
2、Translate content from English to Chinese, collaborating with internal stakeholders to grasp campaign objectives and develop copy that aligns with the platform's tone and appeals to target sellers.
3、Proofread and edit written materials to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness, adhering to company guidelines.
4、Expertise in data analytics for generating reports and conducting performance analysis. Utilize data to assess initiatives, identify areas for enhancement, and present findings to key decision-makers.
5. Manage procurement tasks for the seller engagement team, ensuring timely and cost-effective disbursements and expenditures. Coordinate closely with the finance team and monitor the team's budget allocation and spending.
6. Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and system setup of Lazada’s various communication channels. Review and report on the effectiveness of these channels to key decision-makers to enhance communication strategies.
7. Contribute to building a robust seller community through diverse social media and communication channels. Monitor seller sentiment across all engagement channels and report to management.
8、Provide live streaming support, including coordinating with trainers, reviewing content, setting up systems, and addressing sellers' inquiries, offering real-time assistance during sessions.
9、Establish and maintain relationships with Lazada seller ambassadors and certified trainers to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
10、Stay updated on platform updates, policies, and e-commerce trends to ensure relevant and timely content for communicating with Lazada sellers across all engagement channels.
11. Ability to prioritize urgent tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
12. Provide on-site support for seller engagement events as required.


Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2、A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience supporting sellers on e-commerce platforms.
3、Exceptional communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to excel in a multilingual environment.
4、Strong team player, adaptable to a multitasking environment, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
5、Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
6、Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
