Job Description

1、Organize and execute creative events for Lazada Malaysia's seller community, boosting seller knowledge, showcasing platform tools, and cultivating a robust network.
2、Partner with cross-functional teams, including campaign, marketing, and commercial, to conceive event ideas, content, and timelines that cater to sellers and align with business objectives.
3、Oversee event logistics, handling venue arrangements, vendor coordination, budgeting, and timeline management for cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
4、Serve as an energetic event host, engaging with participants and representing the Lazada brand effectively.
5、Boost seller participation by coordinating promotional initiatives and collaborating with local partners, seller ambassadors, and trainers.
6、Manage livestream sessions, coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver valuable content and efficiently schedule broadcasts.
7、Assess livestream performance, generate reports, and conduct post-event analysis to improve viewer engagement and participation.
8、Guarantee livestream content is up-to-date and compliant with platform updates, policies, and strategic priorities.
9、Address sellers' inquiries and provide real-time support during livestream sessions.
10、Employ data analytics to evaluate event and livestream effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and present insights to key decision-makers.
11、Establish and maintain relationships with sellers, seller ambassadors, and certified trainers to gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
12、Stay current with platform updates, policies, and e-commerce trends to ensure relevant and timely content for events and livestreams.
13、Contribute to building a robust seller community through different seller engagement activities and initiatives. Monitor seller sentiment across all engagement channels and report to management.
14、Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and system setup of Lazada's various communication channels. Review and report on the effectiveness of these channels to key decision-makers to enhance communication strategies.


Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 5 years of event planning experience, ideally in the e-commerce industry.
3、Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
4、Proficiency in data analysis to inform event strategy enhancements.
5、Exceptional communication skills for building and nurturing business relationships.
6、In-depth understanding of the e-commerce environment and ability to innovate and adapt event strategies.
7、Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage event planning and execution.
8、Willingness to travel as needed for event implementation, with personal transportation.
9、Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
10、Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
