Reporting to the Category Lead you will be responsible for : • Engaging and building relationships with top sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals; • Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews for the Women’s Clothing category; • Developing understanding of fashion category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category lead to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada; • Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention; • Working with cross-functional teams to execute on campaigns and strategic projects;
