Job Description
MAIN FUNCTION
- To assist in the daily operational and accounting matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist with stock count on a quarterly basis.
- To assist with data entry of Purchase Invoices and Journal Entries into Pronto System.
- To assist with the filing of Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Cash Receipts, Cash Payments and etc.
- To assist with other ad-hoc matters (e.g billings analysis, external audit, SST and Corporate tax matters)
- To assist in the daily operational and accounting matters.
- To assist in issuing of invoices, DN/CN.
- To assist in filing of documents.
- To assist in preparation of bank reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Major in accounting/finance
- Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
