RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>To assist with stock count on a quarterly basis.</li>
<li>To assist with data entry of Purchase Invoices and Journal Entries into Pronto System.</li>
<li>To assist with the filing of Payment Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Cash Receipts, Cash Payments and etc.</li>
<li>To assist with other ad-hoc matters (e.g billings analysis, external audit, SST and Corporate tax matters)</li>
<li>To assist in the daily operational and accounting matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To assist in issuing of invoices, DN/CN.</li>
<li>To assist in filing of documents.</li>
<li>To assist in preparation of bank reconciliation.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
