In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting clients with warmth and ensuring their experience is positive from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving client concerns, managing bookings through our software, and maintaining the studio’s smooth daily operations while ensuring the space remains inviting and well-maintained. Additionally, you will assist in hiring and training new front-desk staff to uphold our high standards of service. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a quick thinker and problem solver, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.</p>
