We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our HQ team. We provide a 5-day work week, modern office environment and free gym membership for you and your nominee!

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Handle full sets of account.</li>
<li>Assist in daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.</li>
<li>Monitor credit terms, supplier payments, SST submissions, and renewal of licenses (SME Certificate, MOF, etc.).</li>
<li>Review supplier invoices to ensure proper documentation (PO, quotation, service reports, etc.).</li>
<li>Prepare payments, including Payment Vouchers and supporting documents.</li>
<li>Prepare customer invoices.</li>
<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations and update fixed asset schedule.</li>
<li>Liaise with banks on transactions, fixed deposits, and facilities management.</li>
<li>Coordinate with company secretary for regulatory submissions (Annual Return, AGM, resolutions).</li>
<li>Assist in liaising with auditors and tax agents for audit and tax matter.</li>
<li>Attend stock takes, prepare reports, and support internal stock checks.</li>
<li>Provide support to the Accounting Manager and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective financial processes.</li>
<li>Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties as required.</li>
</ul>
