Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and filing.
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payables.
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts.
  • Issue invoice, purchase order, quotation and cheque payment.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on audit, tax and secretarial matters..
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

 


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting or related field. 
  • At least 1 year of related experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Million Accounting system equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
