Job Description

• Provide administrative support to faculty members, departments, and management 
• Handle student-related matters such as registration, enrollment, and records management 
• Maintain and update academic files, databases, and documentation 
• Assist in scheduling lectures, examinations, and academic events 
• Prepare official documents such as letters, reports, and meeting minutes 
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Admissions, Finance, Academic Affairs) 
• Ensure compliance with university policies and Malaysian higher education regulations (e.g., MQA requirements) 
• Manage correspondence with students, parents, and external stakeholders 
• Support quality assurance processes and accreditation documentation 
• Monitor office supplies and maintain an organized working environment

Job Requirements

1. Fresh Graduate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. On-the-job training and guidance will be provided to support professional development.
3. Proficient in Mandarin, with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
