职位概述

会计经理将负责管理所有账目，支持财务运营，并确保遵守报告要求。该职位还负责监督公司笔记本电脑租赁业务相关的租赁合同、收款和财务绩效。 

主要职责

会计与报告

• 处理全套账目，包括应收账款、应付账款、总账和对账。  
• 编制月度、季度和年度管理报告。  
• 根据集团报告要求，支持财务结算和合并。  
• 协助编制财务报表以供审计和合规使用。 

运营财务

• 监控租赁合同、付款和客户收款。  
• 确保发票准确、电子发票合规并及时跟进。  
• 与运营和销售团队紧密合作，确保财务记录与合同条款相符。 

合规与审计

• 确保遵守会计准则、公司政策和监管要求。  
• 与外部审计师、税务代理和监管机构联络。  
• 为首次公开募股 (IPO)、尽职调查和财务审查提供支持性文件。 

 业务支持 

• 为管理层提供财务洞察，助力其决策。  
• 协助预算编制、预测和现金流监控。  
• 识别流程改进，以加强财务控制和效率。  
• 指导初级会计人员，确保工作准确交付。 

Role Overview

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. This role also covers monitoring leasing contracts, collections, and financial performance related to the company’s laptop rental and leasing business. 

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Support financial closing and consolidation in line with group reporting requirements.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for audit and compliance.

Operational Finance

• Monitor leasing contracts, payments, and collections from customers.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, e-invoicing compliance, and timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to align financial records with contract terms.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Support documentation for IPO listing, due diligence, and financial reviews.

Business Support

• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen financial controls and efficiency.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure accurate work delivery.

Job Requirements

资格与要求  

• 会计、金融或相关专业学士学位。  
• 持有专业认证（ACCA、CPA 或同等学历）者优先。  
• 3-5 年会计经验，租赁/融资/科技行业经验优先。  
• 精通会计准则 (MFRS/IFRS) 和税务合规。  
• 熟练操作会计软件和 MS Excel（有 ERP 经验者优先）。  
• 具备优秀的分析、组织和沟通能力。  
• 能够在快节奏的环境中工作，并在紧迫的期限内完成任务。 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in leasing/financing/technology industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel (ERP experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
