Job Description

Note: Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and writing) is essential for this role, as you will be creating visual content + copywriting with Chinese text tailored to Mandarin-speaking audiences.

• Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines
• Create and edit visual assets such as banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and infographics
• Assist in photo editing, retouching, and basic video editing when required
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
• Support the team with ad-hoc design requests and projects

Job Requirements

•  Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Mandarin speaking proficiency (written and spoken) is required
•  Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms
