Our history can be traced back to October 2010 when we opened our first bubble tea outlet in Malaysia.​
We introduced the Tealive brand back in February 2017 and today, we are proud to be the leading regional lifestyle tea brand in Southeast Asia. Tealive now offers more than 45 types of drinks with a wide range of topping options.

Tealive now has over 1000 outlets across three continents serving over five million consumers per month.

Under our wings, we also have Bask Bear Coffee, which is the largest delivered virtual coffee brand in Malaysia with over 130 physical and virtual locations.

With our Look-Out-Of-Box approach, we innovated our own machines to enable Tealive outlets to create sparkling drinks in-house. Thus SodaXpress, Malaysia’s only sparkling water brand, was born.

Leveraging on our experience and knowledge gained in brand management and operation of Tealive outlets, we have gradually expanded our market by adopting the multi-brand business model to capture a wider spectrum of customers.

Job Responsibilities :

<li>Responsible in managing multiple outlets operations</li>
<li>Responsible in outlet sales performance &amp; outlet costing (P&amp;L)</li>
<li>Train and develop team to be top notch customer service agents</li>
<li>Formulate and execute project delivery plans</li>
<li>Developing internal &amp; external partnership</li>
<li>Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management</li>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends</li>
</ul>
