Job Description

EC Operations & Customer Support

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including order issues, customer enquiries, refunds, returns, and platform tickets.
  • Ensure timely resolution in line with platform SLAs and maintain good customer experience and platform health.

System, Stock & Pricing Control

  • Maintain accurate product listings, stock levels, pricing, and expiry-related data across platforms.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse teams to manage stock discrepancies, OOS risks, fulfilment delays, and expiry control (FIFO / FEFO).
  • Prevent overselling, penalties, and operational errors through disciplined monitoring.

Campaign & BAU Execution

  • Execute BAU and small-scale campaigns such as vouchers, flash sales, and limited-time promotions.
  • Ensure campaign setup, pricing, SKU tagging, and activation are accurate and timely.

Live Host Operations & Administration

  • Manage live host scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic performance monitoring.
  • Support live session readiness and adherence to approved selling flows.
  • Coordinate campaign and monthly promotion briefings with live hosts to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and consolidate month-end live host pay and commission summaries for release.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Track daily sales, orders, stock status, expiry risks, and operational issues.
  • Update internal trackers and escalate risks or discrepancies promptly.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations, or related field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or platform support roles.
  3. Fresh graduates with strong operational aptitude may be considered
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.
  5. Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and basic campaign mechanics.
  6. Comfortable working with numbers, trackers, and operational reports.
  7. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
