Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Intern to join our team and support our brand activation projects, including roadshows, in-store events, and promotional campaigns. This role provides hands-on exposure to event planning and execution, making it an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates passionate about events, marketing, and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of brand activations, roadshows, and in-store events.
   
• Support event logistics, including setup, registration, crowd engagement, and teardown.
   
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and brand ambassadors to ensure smooth operations.
   
• Help prepare event materials, props, and promotional items.
   
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for event/activation trends.
   
• Assist in documentation (photos, videos, reports) for post-event evaluations.
   
• Provide general administrative support to the event team.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, Business, or related field.
   
• Passionate about events, branding, and creative activations.
   
• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus).
   
• Outgoing, energetic, and willing to engage with the public.
   
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
   
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
