Job Description

As a Growth & Operations Executive, you will support the execution and monitoring of campaigns across in-app and food aggregator (FA) platforms. This role focuses mainly on daily platform operations, promotional setup, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring to support overall sales growth and smooth operational execution.

You will work closely with internal teams and external platform partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time across all digital channels.

• Support the setup and execution of in-app and food aggregator (FA) promotions, vouchers, push notifications, banners, and promotional bundles.
• Coordinate with food delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda) and POS vendors for promotion setup, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and platform activities to ensure smooth operations and timely issue escalation.
• Assist in maintaining promotion calendars and campaign tracking across different channels.
• Support onboarding and integration processes for new outlets across app and FA platforms.
• Track sales performance, voucher redemption trends, and basic campaign results across digital channels.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports for campaign and operational performance.
• Monitor platform visibility, promotion listings, and campaign accuracy to ensure proper execution.
• Support simple data analysis and reporting to identify basic trends and opportunities.
• Maintain communication with FA partners and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution.
• Investigate and troubleshoot operational or sales-impacting issues together with relevant internal teams.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks related to app and FA platform management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, E-commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, food delivery platforms, or related fields will have an added advantage.
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and basic data tracking.
• Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics is an added advantage.
