Kiss & Tell is a growing Malaysian innerwear brand dedicated to helping women feel comfortable and confident every day.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and dependable Operations & Campaign Executive to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting campaign launches and creator collaborations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and making things happen behind the scenes. As we grow, you’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in ensuring the business runs efficiently.

Due to the nature of our products and customer interactions, this position is open to female candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfilment

• Process and pack customer orders accurately
• Print shipping labels and coordinate courier collections
• Conduct product quality checks before shipment
• Handle returns, exchanges and operational follow-ups
• Assist with inventory management and stock counts
• Prepare influencer and creator PR packages
• Maintain an organised warehouse and packing area
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements

Campaign & Creator Support

• Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables and content submissions
• Follow up with creators regarding content, sales tracking and campaign requirements
• Assist with product launches, promotions and sales campaigns
• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking

Administrative Support

• Update sales, inventory and campaign tracking sheets
• Upload products and promotions to Shopify and marketplace platforms when required
• Assist with customer service and operational enquiries
• Support the founder with ad hoc business and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Female
• Fluent in English and Bahasa (Mandarin-speaking is an advantage but not required.)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel and online platforms
• Experience in e-commerce, operations or marketing is an advantage
