Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing materials and manpower needed for programs and events
- Assist with appointments and rapport with potential clients
- Assist in carrying out client assessments and reporting with the consultation team
- Liaise with client on event dates / proposals / quotations, etc
- Build strong and effective client management relationship with all customers
- Assist to cross check bookings and arrangements with the appointment, product and consultation teams
- Work closely with Head of Operations to ensure quality delivery of programs
- Support sales team’s strategies to ensure that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met
Job Requirements
Key Requirements
- English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Some experience in an operations or events management role is a plus
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and processes
