We are seeking a Sales & Admin Executive to assist our management and sales teams with internal coordination, documentation, and reporting tasks. This position is not client-facing — you'll serve as the essential support that ensures operations run seamlessly.

Job Requirements

• Draft and organize sales-related documents, reports, and quotations.
• Ensure precise documentation of sales data, contracts, and administrative records.
• Facilitate meetings, manage schedules, and enhance internal communication.
• Aid management with project monitoring and task follow-up.
• Assist with HR and administrative duties, including tracking leave, processing claims, and basic office upkeep.
• Promote efficient collaboration between the sales and operations teams.
  
  What We’re Looking For
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
