We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Marketing Executive to join our team!
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

<ins>Marketing:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth</li>
<li>Identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing and communication strategies</li>
<li>Coordinate with in-house graphic designer and external vendors for the development, production and distribution of promotional materials and other marketing collaterals</li>
<li>Provide writing and editing support for all outbound communication including email, promotional materials, EDM and reports</li>
<li>Manage marketing assets and inventory i.e. gift vouchers, corporate gifts, other premium items</li>
<li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives</li>
<li>Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors</li>
<li>Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company</li>
</ul>
<ins>Events:</ins>
<ul>
<li>Plan and coordinate marketing and recruitment events and on-ground activations, including roadshows, workshops and ad hoc events</li>
<li>Plan and produce a calendar of annual events</li>
<li>Keep tab of registrations/ sign-ups and inform relevant departments on campaign performance</li>
<li>Work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaign, collateral, digital, events and activations</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget</li>
</ul>
