We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Property Sales Executive to promote and sell our exciting properties.

Responsibilities:

<li>Effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.</li>
<li>To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.</li>
<li>Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.</li>
<li>Conduct presentation and product viewing for potential buyers.</li>
<li>Provide purchasers with guidance on bank loan and end financing procedures.</li>
<li>Facilitate the collection of down payments and ensure timely signing of Sales &amp; Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan approvals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.</li>
