We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Property Sales Executive to promote and sell our exciting properties.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.
- To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
- Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct presentation and product viewing for potential buyers.
- Provide purchasers with guidance on bank loan and end financing procedures.
- Facilitate the collection of down payments and ensure timely signing of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan approvals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of property sales experience. Fresh graduates who are passionate and eager to learn are encouraged to apply!
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin will be added advantage.
- A confident, friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends.
