You will play an important role in: ( Job Scopes/Responsibilities ):

• Prospecting, marketing, and sourcing project opportunities for the Company.
• To assist the Project Manager in all project management-related matters.
• Monitoring client accounts and ensuring timely submission of progress claims through to final settlement of total receivables.
• Conduct project planning and develop schedules for project timelines and milestones.
• Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the Company's business goals.

Job Requirements

 To be successful in this role, you would require: ( Job requirements ): 

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively priotize multiple responsibilities and assignments.
• Possess own transport (car) and be willing to travel at short notice as required by project needs.
• Good team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
