<li>Guide customers through course registration, payment process, and usage of the e-learning platform. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating cases when necessary. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to improve customer experience. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor customer feedback and share insights for continuous service improvement.</li>
