Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment activities. The ideal candidate has strong headhunting skills, builds lasting relationships with stakeholders, and ensures top talent acquisition for the company’s fast-growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
   
• Headhunt and source passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, events).
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
   
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
   
• Manage employer branding initiatives to position TalentCap as an employer of choice.
   
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and future roles.
   
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
   
• Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to management.
   
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
   
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced industries (events, consulting, ICT, or professional services).
   
• Proven expertise in headhunting and talent mapping.
   
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
   
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
   
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
   
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
   
• Experience in employer branding or talent acquisition projects is an advantage.
