<li>Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Headhunt and source passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, events). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage employer branding initiatives to position TalentCap as an employer of choice. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and future roles. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to management. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.</li>
