Work Environment

<li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.</li>
<li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements.</li>
<li>Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract quality candidates.</li>
<li>Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Conduct phone screens, initial interviews, and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.</li>
<li>Prepare job descriptions and hiring advertisements in line with branding guidelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.</li>
<li>Manage offer letters, LOAs, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using HR systems or spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Support employer branding efforts through social media hiring campaigns and job fairs.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation where needed.</li>
</ul>
