Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Asia Fiduciary Operation Team. This role will be based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Supervise support level employees, managing workflows and overseeing day-to-day operational activities.
  • Measure and report on team productivity and individual performance, providing feedback to enhance team engagement and effectiveness.
  • Participate in stakeholder engagement sessions and collaborate with brokers on initiatives aimed at improving the client experience.
  • Work in partnership with internal and external clients to better understand their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain a controlled risk environment by identifying, assessing, and formally reporting emerging risks.
  • Ensure compliance with business Professional Standards and Operation team Policies and Procedures among all colleagues.
  • Respond to escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary, overseeing the complaints management system.
  • Ensure quality communication with client-facing colleagues to provide accurate and timely advice on internal inquiries.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to lower-level employees on systems, documentation, and reporting processes.

What you need to have: 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a support or operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows and measure team performance.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Proficient in relevant software and reporting tools.
