Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects and events according to agreed timelines and objectives   
• Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution   
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, proposals, and post-event reports   
• Manage logistics including venue setup, equipment, manpower, and materials   
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly   
• Oversee on-site event operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards   
• Manage vendor quotations, contracts, and cost control   
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients   
• Support junior team members and assist in team coordination (for Senior role)   
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required    

Job Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.   
2. Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in event management or project coordination preferred. Candidates with direct event experience will be an added advantage.   
3. Language: Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication, reporting, and presentations. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.

   ->Ability to multitask and work under pressure
   ->Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or project management tools.
