Job Description

  • Advertise job vacancies from clients using different mediums.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conducting interviews on the shortlist to gauge suitability.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants from different channels of jobs portal, perform suitable job match for potential applicants.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open vacancy
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and new techniques for hiring plan.
  • Measure data source of hire and lead time-to-fill for each positions
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Any Field

Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude

Preferred industry in IT, Banking and Finance, BPO, Insurance &
Ability to multi-task
Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
A team player who can work independently
