As we scale, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our remote team with top-tier talent.
<h3>Your Role</h3>
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building our distributed team. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assessments.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>🌍 Talent Sourcing Proactively source candidates through online job boards, talent platforms, and direct outreach. &nbsp;</li>
<li>📝 Job Postings &amp; Management Write and manage job listings across multiple platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Upwork, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Kalibrr, etc.) &nbsp;</li>
<li>📄 CV Screening Review and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and team requirements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>🧪 Assessment Coordination Send and manage online assessments to evaluate candidate skills (e.g., writing, media buying, design, logic). &nbsp;</li>
<li>📅 Candidate Scheduling Coordinate interview times across time zones and ensure a smooth experience for all parties. &nbsp;</li>
<li>📈 Pipeline Tracking Maintain and update candidate pipeline reports and recruitment dashboards.</li>
