As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building our distributed team. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assessments.

✅ 2–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
✅ Proven experience hiring remote team members, especially in Southeast Asia
✅ Familiarity with roles in digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative fields (e.g., media buyers, video editors, copywriters, designers)
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
✅ Comfortable working independently and across multiple time zones
✅ Experience with ATS or recruitment tracking tools (a plus)
