Delivery Coordination:<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate the delivery of solar panels and inverters to customer locations, ensuring that all materials are on-site before the scheduled installation day.</li><li>Liaise with logistics partners to arrange the most efficient and safe delivery routes and times.</li><li>Communicate delivery schedules to internal teams, including installation managers and contractors.</li></ul> 2. Partner Communication &amp; Management:<ul><li>Maintain close working relationships with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.</li><li>Negotiate delivery timelines and troubleshoot any scheduling conflicts or disruptions.</li></ul>3. Problem Solving &amp; Issue Resolution:<ul><li>Quickly respond to and resolve issues such as faulty materials or missed delivery windows.</li><li>Arrange additional truck rolls or alternative transport solutions when necessary to prevent installation delays.</li><li>Maintain a contingency plan for unexpected delivery disruptions.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Keep accurate records of delivery schedules, completed deliveries, and any issues that arise.</li><li>Prepare and submit reports on delivery performance, delays, and problem resolutions to the Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Manager.</li><li>Track inventory status and provide updates on material availability for upcoming installations.</li></ul>5. Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure that all deliveries comply with safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Work with logistics partners to guarantee the safe handling and transport of solar panels and inverters.</li></ul><div>Skills &amp; Qualifications</div><div><div><ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience: Previous experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with logistics partners and internal teams.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate deliveries, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and develop solutions for unexpected delivery issues.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet tight schedules and deadlines.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in delivery scheduling and documentation.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
