Key Account Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain strategic relationships with modern trade partners, including national and regional retail chains and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless partner experience.</li><li>Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans that drive sales and mutual growth.</li></ul>2. Sales and Revenue Growth<ul><li>Achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for modern trade accounts.</li><li>Drive sell-in and sell-through strategies to maximize product availability and sales performance.</li><li>Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within modern trade channels.</li></ul>3. Merchandising and Brand Visibility<ul><li>Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within partner outlets and online platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and activations.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to strengthen the brand’s market presence.</li></ul>4. Data Analysis and Reporting<ul><li>Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Regularly report on key account performance, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.</li><li>Forecast demand and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels.</li></ul>5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align strategies and deliver on partner expectations.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the company and modern trade partners to ensure smooth execution of agreements and initiatives.</li><li>Participate in contract negotiations and renewals to secure favorable terms for both parties.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
