Main Responsibilities: -

<li>Based in Central and service key accounts not limited to hypermarkets, supermarkets, chain baby shops, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan, monitor and execute day to day sales activities to meet sales objective, which included order receiving, sales visitation, attend sales enquiries and follow up on payment related matters.</li>
<li>Ensure effective product merchandising at store level and maintain good visibility of products.</li>
<li>Responsible for the market returns from Non-DC Channel and to organize clearance of aging stocks.</li>
<li>Gather and provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback to the immediate superior.</li>
<li>Propose solutions to resolve customer issues and build strong customer relationships.</li>
<li>Maintain and grow relationships with both existing and new customers through regular visits and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Ensure all Modern Trade outlets under your coverage meet distribution, visibility, and availability standards.</li>
</ul>
