Job Description

Main Responsibilities: -

• Based in Central and service key accounts not limited to hypermarkets, supermarkets, chain baby shops, etc. 
• Plan, monitor and execute day to day sales activities to meet sales objective, which included order receiving, sales visitation, attend sales enquiries and follow up on payment related matters.
• Ensure effective product merchandising at store level and maintain good visibility of products.
• Responsible for the market returns from Non-DC Channel and to organize clearance of aging stocks.
• Gather and provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback to the immediate superior.
• Propose solutions to resolve customer issues and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain and grow relationships with both existing and new customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Ensure all Modern Trade outlets under your coverage meet distribution, visibility, and availability standards.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements: -

• Minimum qualification of Cert/Diploma or equivalent in any field
• At least of 2 years’ experience in sales FMCG industry, preferably in Modern Trade
• Passionate, committed, responsible and hardworking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel 
• Familiar with MS Office 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
