<li>Lead a finance team in carrying out full accounting &amp; finance functions for the Group include accounting transactions, profit recognition for construction businesses, monitoring of account payable &amp; receivables, costing, cash management, tax planning and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to statutory and financial requirement and deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required under department SOP and QESH management system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with regulatory authorities, internal &amp; external auditor, tax consultant, lawyers, bankers, valuers and etc.</li>
<li>Cashflow planning and coordinate with banks on daily banking matters.</li>
<li>To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.</li>
</ul>
