• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparations and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• Preparing invoicing and customer service
• Taking record of customer complaints , coordinating with logistics and purchaser to ensure customer feedback are addressed
• Knowledge on Auto count is added advantages
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.

• Salary is based on Experience

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
2.  Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. 
3. At least 1–2 years of working experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is an advantage.
4. Fresh graduates with relevant studies are encouraged to apply.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
6. Strong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracy.
7. Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers.
8. Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
9. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
10.  Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently. 
11.  Team player with a positive working attitude.
