Job Description

Accounting Duties

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
     
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.
     
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
     
  • Assist in preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and other management reports.
     
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
     
  • Handle auditor queries and support audit documentation and follow-ups.
     
  • Manage e-invoice submissions using the SQL accounting system.
     

Administrative Duties

  • Manage general office administration, including issuing Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO).
     
  • Maintain systematic filing for both financial and administrative documents.
     
  • Perform month-end stock checking and reporting.
     
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on administrative and accounting matters.
     
  • Assist with basic HR-related functions such as staff claims and payroll preparation.
     
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure office efficiency.
     

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
     
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
     
  • Proficient in handling full set accounts, AP, and AR.
     
  • Experience with SQL accounting system and e-invoice submission is required.
     
  • High accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.
     
  • Self-disciplined, independent, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
     
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
     
  • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
