<h4>Accounting Duties</h4>
<ul>
<li>Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records and documentation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing financial reports such as Profit &amp; Loss statements and other management reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle auditor queries and support audit documentation and follow-ups. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage e-invoice submissions using the SQL accounting system. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Administrative Duties</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage general office administration, including issuing Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Purchase Orders (PO). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain systematic filing for both financial and administrative documents. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform month-end stock checking and reporting. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on administrative and accounting matters. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with basic HR-related functions such as staff claims and payroll preparation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure office efficiency. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
