Job Description

• Customer service: Greet customers, escort them to tables, and provide menus. 
• Order taking: Answer questions about menu items, specials, and potential allergies, then accurately take and place food and drink orders. 
• Food and beverage service: Deliver orders to guests, ensure accuracy and presentation, and check on guest satisfaction. 
• Table maintenance: Prepare tables with linens, silverware, and glasses; clear and reset tables between guests. 
• Payment processing: Present the bill to customers, process payments, and handle any change. 
• Communication: Relay orders and special requests to the kitchen staff and communicate customer complaints or feedback to the manager. 
• Side work: Perform various tasks before, during, and after shifts, such as rolling silverware, restocking condiments, and general cleaning. 

Job Requirements

1. Able to work 1 to 4 days weekly
2. Able to work from 11 am to 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm to 10.30 pm
3. Meals provided.
4. Working location in Jalan SL 11/9 , Bandar Sungai Long .
5. Non-halal restaurant
