<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION — Event Project Manager (Proposals &amp; Costing)</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an <strong>independent, highly detailed, and creative</strong> Event Project Manager to lead our proposals and quotation development for corporate events and exhibitions.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys <strong>thinking creatively</strong>, yet works with <strong>precision and accuracy</strong>, ensuring every proposal, layout, costing and client communication is professionally delivered with zero missing details.</p>
<p>You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, craft high-quality proposals, develop creative event concepts, prepare accurate quotations, and manage the project handover to the operations team.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Proposal &amp; Concept Development</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop <strong>creative and visually appealing proposals</strong> for corporate events and exhibitions.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with design team to create mood boards, creative concepts, 2D/3D layouts.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand client objectives and translate them into strong event ideas.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all proposals are complete, clear, and error-free before submission.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Costing &amp; Quotation Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare accurate, detailed and competitive quotations for clients.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Double-check all costing, vendor pricing, quantities and assumptions to avoid mistakes.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Update costing templates and ensure all pricing is up-to-date.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with vendors to obtain best prices and negotiate as needed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Client Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Communicate directly with clients professionally and confidently.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Present proposals, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships through strong support and solutions.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h3><strong>Project Coordination</strong></h3>
