We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Accounts Executive to manage all pricing, quotations, costing and documentation for our events company. If you are someone who spots mistakes instantly, loves accuracy, and enjoys working with numbers and structured documents — we want you.

<h2>✨ What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prepare accurate quotations, costing sheets and pricing breakdowns for events &amp; exhibitions &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and update proposals, invoices, purchase orders and client documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain organized project files, costing summaries and pricing records &nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify supplier quotations, budgets and internal cost calculations &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all documents meet company formatting and zero-error standards &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support project team with administrative and financial documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers for pricing comparison and cost accuracy &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track deadlines, revisions and updates for each project document &nbsp;</li>
