Job Description

Handle HR documents such as employee records, contracts, and onboarding files. 

Manage daily office operations including supplies, utilities, maintenance, and equipment.                            

Keep client and company records updated in the CRM system.                            

Support management and team with admin tasks, meetings, and events.                            

Support the Project Manager or Sales team in preparing quotations, technical data sheets, and product specifications. Help track project timelines, deliveries, and installation schedules.                                                                     

Prepare and organize site documents, delivery orders, and invoices.                             


Job Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.                

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.                

Humble, proactive, and willing to learn.
