Job Description

 We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating quotations, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to closing. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and closing deals
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions 

• Able to speak and read Mandarin is required (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients / suppliers)
